Shipping Service Terms

1. Free Shipping Policy
  Free shipping is available for orders with a total amount of USD 150 or more (excluding 1:8 RC cars). All products in your order will be shipped directly from our factory. If you purchase multiple products in a single order, we will not charge additional shipping fees, and you can still enjoy free shipping if the order amount meets the requirement.
If your delivery address is in a remote area, please contact our customer service team via service@jjrcmodel.com to confirm before placing the order. The additional shipping fees for remote areas shall be borne by the buyer.
2. Shipping Address Requirements
  All buyers shall fill in a complete and accurate English shipping address with the correct postal code, and it is recommended to keep a valid contact number. Incorrect address or postal code may lead to delivery delays or failures of the package. All relevant liabilities and losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer shall be borne by the buyer.
3. Order Processing and Shipping Time
  For in-stock products, we will arrange shipment within 3 working days after order confirmation. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you of the relevant situation via the email you left within 12 hours. Please ensure that a valid email address is filled in.
4. Logistics Tracking Notification
  After the order is shipped, we will send the logistics tracking information to the registered email address in your order.
5. Delivery Time Reminder
  We will try our best to arrange the fastest shipment and select the most suitable and efficient logistics company for you. Please note that the estimated delivery time is for reference only and does not constitute a formal commitment. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Undelivered Package Handling
  If you do not receive the package within 90 working days from the date of the first logistics update, please contact us in a timely manner. We will arrangere-delivery or refund according to your needs.
7. Logistics-related Issue Handling
  If the package is damaged or lost during transportation, you shall contact us immediately via service@jjrcmodel.com and provide relevant supporting documents such as logistics waybill and actual photos of the damaged package. We will properly handle the follow-up matters after verifying the situation with the logistics provider.
