Thank you for choosing jjrcmodel! To ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience, we have sorted out the following service instructions for you:
1. Shipping Rate & Express Option
We provide two shipping methods for your choice: Standard Shipping and Fast Express Shipping. All shipping fees are fixed as shown below:

2. Free Shipping Policy
Orders with a total amount of $29.99 or above (excluding 1:8 RC cars) are eligible for free shipping. All items in your order will be shipped directly from our factory. If you purchase multiple products in one order, we will not charge any extra shipping fees, and you can still enjoy the free shipping benefit when the order amount meets the requirement.
If your delivery address is in a remote area, please contact our customer service team via service@jjrcmodel.com for confirmation before placing your order. Any additional shipping fees charged by the carrier for remote-area delivery shall be borne by the buyer.
3. Shipping Address Requirements
All buyers shall fill in a complete and accurate English shipping address with the correct postal code, and it is recommended to provide a valid contact number. Incorrect address information may result in delivery delays or package loss. Any liabilities arising from inaccurate or incomplete address information shall be borne by the buyer.
4. Order Processing & Shipping Time
For in-stock items, we will arrange shipment within 3 working days after the order is confirmed. If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you via the email address provided within 24 hours. Please make sure to provide a valid email address.
5. Logistics Tracking Notification
After the order is shipped, we will send the tracking information to the email address associated with your order.
6. Delivery Time Reminder
We will do our best to arrange the fastest possible shipment and select the most suitable logistics provider. Please note that the estimated delivery time is provided for reference only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment.
7. Non-receipt Handling
If you have not received your package within 90 days from the date of the first tracking update, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a replacement shipment or provide a refund according to your preference.
8. Wrong Item & Damaged Goods Handling
• Wrong Item Received: We will arrange a replacement shipment of the correct item without requiring you to return the incorrect item.
• Damaged Goods: Please take clear photos of both the damaged item and the outer packaging and contact us at service@jjrcmodel.com as soon as possible. We will verify the issue with the logistics provider and provide an appropriate solution.
9. Tax Reminder
We cover all standard sales tax and VAT for your order. However, some countries or regions may impose additional import duties or customs tariffs according to local regulations. These charges are determined solely by your local customs authority and shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
