Shipping And Service Terms

 

Thank you for choosing jjrcmodel! To ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience, we have sorted out the following service instructions for you:

1. Free Shipping Policy

  Orders with a total amount of $150 or above (excluding 1:8 RC cars) are eligible for free shipping. All items in your order will be shipped directly from our factory. If you purchase multiple products in one order, we will not charge any extra shipping fees, and you can still enjoy the free shipping benefit when the order amount meets the requirement.

    If your delivery address is in a remote area, please contact our customer service team via service@jjrcmodel.com for confirmation before placing your order. The additional shipping fees for remote areas shall be borne by the buyer.

2. Shipping Address Requirements

 

All buyers shall fill in a complete and accurate English shipping address with the correct postal code, and it is recommended to keep a valid contact number. Incorrect address or postal code may lead to delivery delays or package non-delivery. All relevant liabilities and losses arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer shall be borne by the buyer.

3. Order Processing & Shipping Time

  For in-stock items, we will arrange shipment within 3 working days after the order is confirmed. If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you via the email you left within 12 hours to inform you of the relevant situation. Please make sure to fill in a valid email address

4. Logistics Tracking Notification

  After the order is shipped, we will send the logistics tracking information to the email address you registered in the order.

5. Delivery Time Reminder

  We will try our best to arrange the fastest possible shipment and select the most suitable and efficient logistics company for you. Please note that the estimated delivery time is for reference only under normal circumstances and does not constitute a formal commitment. We appreciate your understanding.

6. Non-receipt Handling

  If you have not received your package within 90 working days from the date of the first logistics update, please contact us in a timely manner. We will arrange a re-delivery or provide a refund for you according to your needs.

7. Wrong Item & Damaged Goods Handling

 In case of wrong item delivery: We will directly arrange a re-delivery of the correct item for you without requiring you to return the wrong item.

 In case of damaged goods: Please take photos of the damaged goods and the outer packaging of the parcel in a timely manner, and contact us via service@jjrcmodel.com at the first opportunity. We will verify the situation with the logistics company and handle it properly for you. We welcome and value any opinions and suggestions from you.

8. Tax Reminder

 We cover all standard sales tax and VAT for your order. Please note that some regions may incur additional import tariffs as required by local customs regulations. This fee is independently determined by your local customs authority, and we recommend reaching out to them directly for any inquiries about tariff assessment and payment.

 

 

After-Sales Service Terms

1. Gratitude and Communication Note

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  If you need to cancel an order, you may submit a cancellation request viaservice@jjrcmodel.com within 24 hours after payment. We will give priority to intercepting the order processing procedure; after the order is successfully intercepted, we will process a full refund for you via the original payment method. No cancellation is supported after the order is handed over to thelogistics provider; you may contact us to negotiate follow-up solutions based on the actual situation after signing for the package.

3. After-Sales and Quality Issue Handling

  All packages will undergo comprehensive inspection before shipment. We kindly request you to inspect the package and its contents on the spot upon signature to avoid subsequent disputes. We are always committed to providing you with a good shopping experience, and you may contact us at any time if you have any questions. Electronics are entitled to a 3-day testing period after receipt; if a quality issue is found within the testing period, you may contact us via service@jjrcmodel.com and provide relevant proof. After both parties confirm that it is indeed a product quality issue, we will send you replacement parts for faulty components and bear the shipping cost of the parts. If product damage occurs beyond the 3-day testing period, the shipping cost of replacement parts and the cost of replacement parts shall be borne by the buyer. No returns or refunds for non-electronic items without quality defects.

4. Incorrect Item and Damaged Goods Handling

○ If the wrong item is delivered: We will directly arrange for the re-delivery of the correct item for you, and you do not need to return the wrong item.
○ If thegoods are damaged: Please take photos of the damaged items and the outer packaging of the package in a timely manner, and contact us via service@jjrcmodel.com at the first opportunity. We will verify the situation with the logistics company and handle it properly. We welcome and attach great importance to any of your opinions and suggestions.
